The ratchet is awesome, very clever design and top notch versatility. Good job really. Now, what to improve: handle material. It does absorb grease into pores - nearly impossible to keep spotless clean for those perfectionist professionals. Black colour helps but I am after TRUE cleanness. Transforming to T-handle is far from smooth. When in nut driver position (straight) very hard to change direction of with that thumb wheel - need better direction shifter. Although current design works well preventing accidental change of direction, better than 'regular' lever-style. Also when head is locked in 'straight' position did you guys try to change socket from 8mm to 10mm?

Good quality, but design should be better, specially directional switch is not comfortable to click to the right position or left position, it is much better design in China products than in this Germany one..Plus handle could be thinner and more useful in tight spaces
